Boost your metabolism with Soy and Caffeine!

A new University of Illinois study has found that when caffeine is combined with a special protein in soy, they work together to boost your metabolism. Researchers say the soy and caffeine increase the rate at which your body burns fat, as well as reduce the overall fat storage and boost muscle mass. The study found soy stops hunger by tricking brain receptors into feeling full. According to researcher Elvira de Mejia, Ph.D., Amino acids in soy increase your levels of the hormone leptin, which tells the brain when your stomach is satisfied. Try having 3 drinks a week.
